Matrix Audio X-Sabre pro

The Matrix X-Sabre Pro MQA DAC was created by Matrix to be a MQA full decoder DAC that can fully decode the original MQA files without any assistance from the third party player software (MQA Core Decode). This lets you experience the music details as the artists' recording room.

The X-Sabre Pro MQA DAC uses the ES9038PRO advanced 8-channel D/A chip. Its inner DSP unit and artificial circuit have high performance and better user experience. The new generation XMOS XU216 USB asynchronous transfer interface and new AK4118 S/PDIF receiver chip, with powerful computing performance and multi-channel processing performance, make X-Sabre Pro MQA has excellent digital audio conversion capability.

In addition optical, coaxial, AES/EBU, and USB ports, the X-Sabre Pro MQA DAC also has a IIS LVDS input via a HDMI connector to differential transmit IIS signal. It has a clock configuration circuit unit, which can choose to use ES9038PRO synchronous clock source or external ultra-low phase noise clock source. Finally, it has a built-in three hi-res audio dedicated Crystek ultra-low phase noise oscillators that result in a phase noise as low as -169 dBc/Hz.
