The clock circuit is synchronized with the power supply frequency to guarantee unwavering accuracy. Time corrections are completely unnecessary as long as the unit is plugged in.
There are separate on and off settings on the time selector knob to permit precise settings of the times when power is to be turned on and off. Since settings are preserved until changed, the timer will perform on/off switching every day at the same time if you want.
A bright 24-hour digital readout makes time setting operations quick and sure.
